Quality Check & Packing
Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact; our courier partner will conduct a brief inspection upon pickup.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 hours.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality check, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
